Number 709NRS 2-1/2″ 125lb Flanged Backflow Preventer. This type is a double check valve assembly for non-health, low hazard cross-connections and continuous pressure applications. Furnished with ball type test cocks and non-rising gate valves for shut-offs. Supply pressures up to 175PSI and temperatures of 110 degrees F. Designed for protection of potable water supply in installations subject to back-siphonage and backpressure where there is low potential of health contamination such as main supply lines, food cookers, tanks & vats, lawn sprinklers, fire line sprinklers and commercial pools.
