Armstrong A2671A thermic bucket is used on models 812T,882T,862T,and 212T inverted bucket traps, all operating pressures. The stainless steel thermic bucket has a bi-metal control device at the top to discharge large amounts of air on start up, as opposed to the standard “weep hole” The “T” stamped on the trap after the model number indicates the trap does have a thermic bucket.
