Sterlings 4200 series boiler feed pump, Duplex, rated to 150 boiler horsepower, 40lbs. operating pressure. 110 gallon cast iron receiver, 30 gpm, 1-1/2 HP, 3 phase. Sterling 4200 series boiler feed pump units are designed to collect return condensate from the steam system and return it to the boiler, with a standard mechanical make-up water valve, and gauge glass. The boiler feed pump is controlled by a boiler controller that senses the boiler water level and sends a signal to the pump for water. Sterling boiler feed pumps are made in simplex (one pump) or duplex (two pumps). Sterlings series 4100 receivers are steel, and 4200 series are cast iron. The pumps are bronze fitted and run at 3450 RPMS.
