Spirax-Sarco float & thermostatic model FT125 3/4″pipe 125lb maximum operating pressure, capacity 1,110 pounds per hour. Spirax-Sarco float and thermostatic traps are recommended for: modulating pressures where widlely varying loads are present, and pressures vary from maximum to vacuum. They are a good choice for their ability to vent air at very low pressures, handle start up air loads, and operate against back pressure. The Spirax-Sarco inverted bucket trap would be a better selection for: resistance to hydraulic shock, damage from freezing, and ability to handle dirt. The Spirax-Sarco “FT” Series Float & thermostatic trap allows steam to enter from one side of the trap, and the condensate to discharge from the same side of the trap. The “FT” Series cast iron trap has a maximum operating pressure of 200 psi and comes standard with a stainless steel internal parts. The “FT” Series are continuous drainage and are designed for low, medium and high pressure steam mains. The 3/4 and 1″ FT-125, same side inlet to outlet center-to-center dimension of 3-3/8″, a height of 5-3/4″ and a weight of 9lbs.
