Spirax-Sarco inverted bucket trap model B2-15 3/4″pipe 15lb maximum operating pressure, capacity 3,220 pounds per hour. Spirax-Sarco inverted bucket traps are a simple leverage system that uses the weight of the bucket to open the valve against pressure. The inverted bucket has only two moving parts which means no complicated linkages to bind or clog. The inverted bucket trap is rated excellent on the following: resistance to wear, corrosion, and hydronic shock. Operation against back pressure, ability to purge air, and handle dirt, and performance under light loads. The Spirax-Sarco float and thermostatic trap is better suited to vent air at low pressures. The Spirax-Sarco B2 series horizontal in- line inverted trap allows steam to enter from one side of the trap, and the condensate to discharge from the opposite side of the trap. The B2 series cast iron trap has a maximum operating pressure of 250 psi and comes standard with a stainless steel bucket, and lever mechanisim. The B2 series has a inlet to outlet dimension of 6-1/2″, a height of 7-1/2″ and a weight of 12-1/2lbs.
