Moen Model 8310DF16 Automatic Flushvalve.

Battery powered sensor-operated toilet flush valve. For 1-1/2″ top spud toilets. Dual flush design for adjustable flow rate of 1.0 to 1.6 gallons per flush. 1″ NPT supply. This battery powered flush valve runs on 4 “AA” batteries included. Field adjustable flow rates via the dip-switch on top of the control module with adjustable sensor eyes, low battery indicator and self-cleaning piston mechanism.
