Mepco mechanical alternator used on older model “D” duplex condensate pumps. Square “D” 9038-AG-1-S1 Mepco mechanical alternators are used on duplex condensate units. Mechanical alternators as apposed float switches will “alternate” between the two pumps on each cycle which gives longer life to the pumps. They will also turn on both pumps if the demand is required.
