Hatco model 3CS-6 electric sanitizing sink heater 6kW, single phase 240 voltage and phase.. Designed to fit under sinks, perfect for 3 or 4 compartment sinks with 19″ to 21″ square sink size or less. 6-3/4″ long x 16-7/8″ wide x 12-5/8″ high and a shipping weight of 27 pounds. Sink heaters maintain a continuous supply of sanitizing rinse water without taking up valuable space. Heaters are sized based on 140 degree F.supply water with 30 minutes preheat period to reach sanitizing temperature. Duel reservoir system, one contains the heating element and should always be filled with water, the other reservoir traps and collects soil carried from other sink compartments, this reservior is easily emptied after each use by a drain. Sink openings required are two 2″ diameter holes.
