Hatco model 3CS-3 electric sanitizing sink heater 3kW, single phase only 208 voltage. Designed to fit under sinks, perfect for 3 or 4 compartment sinks with 15″ square sink size or less. 6-3/4″ long x 16-7/8″ wide x 12-5/8″ high and a shipping weight of 24 pounds. Sink heaters maintain a continuous supply of sanitizing rinse water without taking up valuable space. Heaters are sized based on 140 degree F.supply water with 30 minutes preheat period to reach sanitizing temperature. Duel reservoir system, one contains the heating element and should always be filled with water, the other reservoir traps and collects soil carried from other sink compartments, this reservior is easily emptied after each use by a drain. Sink openings required are two 2″ diameter holes.
