Bell & Gossett 186872 – Coupler for Series 1510 Pumps

B&G part number 186872 is a complete coupler assembly 1-1/4″ x 1-5/8″. Used on 1510 series 10 HP with 215T frame. Pump couplings (a.k.a. pump couplers) connect the motor shaft to the pump shaft. When the pump coupler “breaks” or wears quickly it is most likely an indication that the pumping shaft and motor shaft are out of alignment.
