Barnes & Jones F&T Steam Trap, Model FT2015-8, 2″ pipe

Barnes & Jones float & thermostatic model FT2015 2″pipe 15lb maximum operating pressure, capacity 11,445 pounds per hour. Barnes & Jones float and thermostatic traps are recommended for: modulating pressures where widlely varying loads are present, and pressures vary from maximum to vacuum. They are a good choice for their ability to vent air at very low pressures, handle start up air loads, and operate against back pressure. The float & thermostatic trap is not a good choice for : resistance to hydraulic shock, damage from freezing, and ability to handle dirt. The Barnes & Jones 2″ 2000 series Float & thermostatic trap allows condensate and steam to enter and exit from the same end of the trap. The FT2015 Series cast iron trap has a maximum operating pressure of 15 psi and comes standard with a stainless steel internal parts. The FT2015 Series are continuous drainage and are designed for low pressure steam mains. The 2″ FT2015 , same end inlet to outlet center-to-center dimension of 4-7/8″, a height of 9-1/4″ and a weight of 22lbs.
